Hello again 2013!!!

Here's a piece of art I did for one of my favorite games of 2012.  I finally beat it late last year but I'm pretty sure its not the proper ending. 

I supported this game by by buying a polytron shirt, soundtrack, and the game itself.  Too bad Phil Fish was taking so much heat from it!  Atleast he can get all the ketchup chips he wants from all the sales of the game!

My new jam has been The Office as of late.  I've marathoned through 5 season and now I am close to finishing the 6th.  I know I'm late to the party but it's great even just listening to the show most of the time.  

MEGATOME IS THE SMARTEST

Q Pop Thailand Flood Relief Fundraiser Art Auction and sale

Q Pop will be holding an art auction and sale to help benefit the people of Thailand that suffered the major and very costly flood last year.  The sad part is it left a devastating toll including missing people, deaths, and destroyed industrial areas but barely any media coverage.

Im sure all the awesome big name artists donating will make a difference and help out with their gifts!

The image above is the meager piece I donated to help out.  The one for auction is a very limited one of a kind edition color way due to "happy accidents" in the printing process and you'll only see it live.

man my posts are a few and far between but anyways, here's a painting i did based off a creature description i heard. the topic was furry reptiles. i decided to do an iguana with a little lion mane. i really tried to play/ experiment with more PS texturing and color modes. i have been learning more about patterns as well. let me know what you think. thanks!

DIGGNATION EPISODE ???

at first glance, i may not look like the type to be a dork. but i am...big time.
and whats part of being a dork is watching diggnation! diggnation is a podcast hosted by alex albrecht and kevin rose where they talk about the hotest user submitted news stories in the social news website DIGG.COM

its an awesome show to watch and i've learned a lot just by browsing thru the site. i like the show so much i even did this painting. i also was able to attended the live diggnation in LA a few months back!
